Registration will open at 8AM on Sunday morning! Please arrive early and give yourself plenty of time to sign in and pick up your race kits.

Dione Mason, Fitness & Lifestyle Coach and 2017 canfitpro Fitness Instructor of the Year, has proven her dedication, drive and commitment to excellence in the Health and Fitness Industry. Through her Group Fitness classes, audiences are motivated by her energy, creativity, style and focus in helping participants not only achieve their fitness goals, but have fun while doing it. In the community, Dione has been featured in over 100 charity initiatives that promote health and wellness such as the Alzheimer Society Walk for Memories, Brain Tumour Walk, Scotiabank Rat Race, and the United Way CN Tower Climb.

Join us AFTER the run for your final STRETCH with yoga instructor Yamikani Msosa!
Yamikani is a grassroots feminist anti-violence activist, that has worked in the anti-violence as a support worker and educator . They strive to make their classes accessible for all, specifically BIPOC & LGBTQIA+ communities. They have taught yoga for Kind Space Ottawa, Dyke March Ottawa, Ten Oaks Project, Afro Caribbean Cultural Arts Studio and more.
